Terms and Conditions This web site located at URL http://www.bakingstuff.com ("this Site") is owned and operated by Mary Carter Decorating Center. The following terms and conditions govern your use of this Site and the purchase of products by you through this Site. By using this Site, placing an order with us or submitting a purchase order to us, you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). The Terms and Conditions shall supplement any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by us. We reserve the right to make changes to this Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time, so please check back periodically.

It is The SOLE RESPONSBILITY of the Customer for putting in all codes and or discount offers at checkout. After the order has been processed no adjustments will be made.
Free Standard Shipping with any online purchase of $75 excluding gift cards and store pick up items (merchandise subtotal is calculated before sales tax, and after any discounts or coupons). Truck delivery and shipping charges on over-sized or extremely heavy items will still apply (these products are indicated on the appropriate product information pages and will be displayed in the shipping subtotal of your order). Products qualifying for Free Shipping will be identified in the shopping cart with no exclusions. If you select a shipping method other than Standard, shipping charges will apply. We do not ship international at this time. This offer does not apply to International, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Business Direct Phone Orders. Free Standard Shipping orders must be placed on the website. Orders typically arrive within 2-6 business days. We average 1-2 days of shipping out orders once placed. If an order is out-of-stock you will have to re-order the item or items. We will not ship an item for free if an item is out-of-stock.

Shipping Cost are calculated by UPS Ground Service. We do reserve the right to ship through another carrier if need be.

An additional surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and/or weight or if a product will not fit inside of a box. The surcharge, if applicable, will be noted on the product description page as well as the shipping subtotal of your order.

Accounts: We do not offer accounts.

Minimum Orders: There is a $10 minimum order for this site.

How to Order: Orders can be placed on our website or you can call 901-682-8585. To get offer of free shipping the order must be placed on the website and not called in. The free shipping offer only applies to orders that qualify.

Shipping Charges: Charges are based on UPS Ground published rates and restrictions.

Returns & Shortages: Shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving order. No returns without prior approval. All returns must be made within 10 days of order. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Returns must be made in the original packaging in resaleable condition. All food products are shipped at customers risk and not guaranteed against weather related damage (i.e. melting, discoloration). Shipper takes great care in packing pre-made flowers in a safe and secure way. Therefore, shipper will not be responsible for damage due to UPS Handling. There is absolutely no returns on food products. Molds, Books, Food Products, cut foil are non-returnable.

Pick-Up-At-Store-Option - Customer may order on this website and select Pick-Up-At-Store, Please call the store and check to see when your order will be available for pick-up. If a customer selects this in error, the order will not be shipped for free unless it qualifies. It is The SOLE RESPONSBILITY of the Customer to notify MARY CARTER DECORATING CENTER if the pick-up-at-store option is selected in error.

Pricing: Orders are accepted on the condition that they are billed at the price prevailing at the date of shipment. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Back-Orders & Stock-Outs: We do not back-order. Stock-outs must be re-ordered.

Foreign Terms: We do not ship international.

Communication: Customers must provide an email address so we can communicate with them.

Freight: All orders are shipped UPS Ground. Your shipment is inspected very carefully before leaving our facility. If there is damage, please contact us at 901-682-8585. Any shortages, please notify us within 5 days.

We always reserve the right to refuse shipment.
