Mary Carter's Caramel Apple Cake

1 - Duncan Hines Classic Yellow Cake Mix
1 - Small (4 serving size) Instant Vanilla Pudding
1/2 Cup of Crisco Oil
1 Cup of Water
4 Eggs
1 Cup - Henry & Henry Apple Pastry Filling*
1/2 Cup - Peters Soft Caramel*

Mix together: Cake Mix, Instant Pudding, Oil, Water and Eggs. When mix is blended, then mix in a 1/2 cup of the apple pastry filling.

Then grease a (fancy ring mold pan) with wilton's cake release*. Pour half the cake batter in pan, then lightly spread 1/2 cup of Henry & Henry Apple Pastry Filling on top of cake batter, then pour the rest of the cake batter on top of filling. Bake at 325 degrees, for about 1 hour and 10 minutes until done. Check after 55 to 60 min.

Then cool in pan for about 20 min. and remove cake while cake is still warm, warm 1/2 cup fo soft caramel in microwave for 10 to 15 seconds. Then pour over cake.
